Hi.
Is there a function supported in SAP BW to assign tables to a specific database file? I know from SQL Server only environments it is possible and common on large installations to put reporting layer and DWH layer on separate discs to assure reporting performance during processing of DWH layer. Without reporting become slow because of workload is spread across the whole storage.
